When you sell online, the delivery is part of your product. A buyer who can see where their order is, and gets it when expected, is far more likely to leave good feedback. A missing parcel with no proof of delivery can cost you the sale.
Why tracking matters
Every consignment we carry gets a tracking number. Share it with your buyer, and they can follow the delivery online from collection to their door. That means fewer "where is my order?" messages for you and fewer worried buyers.
Proof of delivery
If a buyer says an item never arrived, you need evidence. At delivery, the recipient signs for the parcel, and we take a photo of the parcel and recipient at handover. That proof helps you resolve disputes on eBay, Amazon, Etsy and other marketplaces.
Large and bulky orders
Standard parcel networks often refuse oversize items or charge heavily for them. We deliver small parcels, oversize items and large furniture such as chests of drawers and cabinets, so you can sell bigger items with confidence.
Packing tips
- Use a box only slightly bigger than the item and fill the gaps.
- Protect corners and edges, especially on furniture.
- Remove or cover old labels and barcodes on reused boxes.
- Include the buyer's phone number so the driver can contact them.
Why sellers use tracked delivery
- A tracking number for every order
- Signature and photo proof of delivery
- Oversize items and furniture accepted
- Delivery across mainland UK and into Europe
